Terms of Service
Last updated: April 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RoundIQ ("we", "us", "our"), including our website, dashboard, demo player, strat builder, and related features (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation or team, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a supported identity provider (such as Google). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Prices, features, and plan limits are listed on our Pricing page. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it from your dashboard or the Stripe customer portal.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the issue is resolved. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal.
EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use the paid Service during this period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this right once the Service has been fully provided.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload demos or content you do not have the right to share.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or access controls.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
- Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Use the Service in violation of Valve's CS2 policies or any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the demos, comments, strategies, notes, lineups, and other content you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, parse, display, and share Your Content strictly to operate the Service and to share it with the collaborators you choose (teammates, public links if you enable them).
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to upload it, including rights over match data of third parties where applicable.
6. Third-party integrations
The Service can connect to third-party platforms such as Google, FACEIT, Steam, and Discord. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices, and changes on their side may affect related features.
7. Intellectual property
RoundIQ, its logo, design, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the term of your subscription. Counter-Strike 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation; RoundIQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.
8. Service availability
We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, change, or discontinue parts of the Service. For paid plans, material degradations lasting an extended period may entitle you to a pro-rata credit at our discretion.
9. Termination
You can cancel your subscription and delete your account from the dashboard at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete or anonymise your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. gross negligence, wilful misconduct, personal injury).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
13. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you through the Service or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence grant you a different forum. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
